Interesting. It says it's private and wouldn't let me watch.

Oh Bugger. Done this tons of times. Why this one wrong?

Well, I can view it but then again I guess I should. Odd.

I can see it now! Hoorah!

So, why is it not working very well? I think it takes time to record stuff. And also, poets do tend to be a bit cliquey and protective of their work.

Protective I understand as well I do marketing. OK, this site is not high profile but in posting here, or anywhere else come to that, the poet is gaining, albeit small change, publicity. On another note there is then the matter of collaboration which I believe is central to all creativity. My intention here, as with other projects, more successful perhaps in terms of the people involved, was to promote a thing I am increasingly passionate about - the spoken word. I don't think anyone, any poet that is, would lose anything by reading something that has already been published. I also wanted to take 'Something for the Weekend, Sir?' to other levels. Once posted here we could, for example, produce an 'album' of downloadable material or even publish the spoken word in text and publish it on ISSUU. :)
